At YongXian CarbonFiber, we are committed to delivering high-quality carbon fiber products manufactured to your exact specifications.
Since most of our products are custom-manufactured to order, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the terms agreed upon in your sales contract.
Standard Return Policy
For standard stock products, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. A restocking fee of 15% may apply.
Custom / Made-to-Order Products
Custom-manufactured products are non-cancellable and non-returnable unless they have manufacturing defects. All custom production is subject to the terms specified in your purchase agreement.
Defective or Non-Conforming Products
If you receive a product that is defective or does not meet the agreed specifications, please contact us within 7 business days of receipt. We will arrange for inspection and, if confirmed, provide a replacement or issue a refund as per the contract terms.
